1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Voices service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Voices provides cloud-based business phone services including voice calls, messaging, and related telecommunications features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with varying tiers offering different capabilities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Voices, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register with a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Make harassing, threatening, or fraudulent communications
  • Transmit spam, robocalls, or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Phone Numbers

Phone numbers provisioned through the Service are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. Numbers may be reclaimed if your account is terminated or your subscription lapses. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific phone number.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Voices and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voices and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability and indemnification) shall survive.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voices operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
