Getting Started is Simple
No lengthy sign-up forms, no credit card required. Just enter your phone number and you're in.
We verify your number with a one-time code, then you pick a business number and start making calls. The entire process takes under a minute.
Your personal number stays private — callers only see your Voices business number. You control when you're available and how calls are routed.
Cancellation & Opt-Out
You can cancel your Voices account at any time, for any reason, with no questions asked. There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts, and no hoops to jump through.
To cancel, simply go to Settings → Account → Cancel Account in the app, or email us at support@straw.tel and we'll take care of it. Your account will be deactivated and your phone number released at the end of your current billing period.
You can also opt out of any individual service at any time:
- SMS notifications — Reply STOP to any message from Voices, or toggle off in Settings. You can reply to any text message you receive from the service to opt out immediately.
- Voicemail transcription — Disable in your voicemail settings.
- Call recording — Turn off in Settings at any time.
- Marketing emails — Unsubscribe via the link in any email.
To opt out of all SMS communications, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from Voices. Your request will be processed immediately — no further messages will be sent.
Once your account is cancelled, we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you change your mind, you're welcome to sign up again whenever you'd like.
